2. Service Description

Cyber Digital Pros provides website design, missed-call text-back systems, review automation tools, unified communication inboxes, and customer reactivation software for local businesses and local service businesses. Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise specified in an approved service agreement.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By submitting your mobile phone number through our on-site chat widget or directly contacting us via SMS, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing transactional, conversational, and customer-care text messages from Cyber Digital Pros regarding your inquiry, system setup, or support requests.

  • Message frequency varies according to your active requests and conversations.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will send an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. No Affiliates, No Buying or Selling of Leads

Cyber Digital Pros does not buy, sell, broker, or trade leads with third parties or affiliates. We do not operate affiliate marketing programs, lead-purchasing networks, or co-registration schemes. Client data and opt-in consent remain strictly confidential and are never shared for third-party marketing.

5. User Conduct & Compliance

Clients using Cyber Digital Pros communication software agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements. Clients must maintain documented opt-in consent before sending SMS broadcasts to customer lists.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All custom website code, brand assets, copywriting, and media supplied by the client remain the client's property. Cyber Digital Pros proprietary system configurations, workflow templates, and software integrations remain our intellectual property.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at least 5 business days prior to your next renewal date.
